Headchef Alexander Wiesenegg

Since 2008 our Eurotoques-Star chef Alexander Wiesenegg, emphasizes taste, quality and creativity with his experience he gained working with Germany's best chefs.

The former student of Kloster-Ettal learned the art of cooking in Munich. Here he was taught and trained by Booby Braeuer in the known “Koenigshof”. After his trainee ship he worked at the famous “Lorenz Adlon” in Berlin. His journey brought him to Patrick Bittner's “Frankfurter Hof” in Frankfurt as well as to the legendary “Brick Fine Dining” in Frankfurt. Legendary because that time it was known for it's most innovative cuisine in Germany and accomplished a star as fat as nobody else. Even three stars were shining above Alexander Wiesenegg in 2004, when he worked as Chef saucier at the Grand Cousine, Heinz Winkler's residence near the Chiemsee in Bavaria. In 2005 he became Souchef for the famous Alfons Schuhbeck in Munich.
